Special dietary requirements are often forgotten when it comes to wedding cakes, meaning many guests miss out.
To solve this problem, we work with a local wedding cake supplier to provide a part gluten-free, part traditional wedding cake. You can mix and match your tiers to make a cake that’s suitable for everyone. We can also provide dairy-free and egg-free layers and will do our best to accommodate any other requests.
The ‘free-from’ layers will slot seamlessly into whatever style and design of cake you choose. All you need to do is decide which recipe you’d like for which layers of your cake and we’ll do the rest. Flavours include chocolate, lemon sponge and rich fruit cake.
The layers are baked on separate premises to ensure there’s no cross contamination and the tiers are assembled after decoration.
Wedding cake prices include boards, boxes, pillars etc and instructions on assembly. Delivery and assembly by us can also be arranged at an extra charge.
